Cinda and Armando Palacios are partners in both life and business. When a stone building from the early 1800’s came available in Round Top, they both knew it was the start of something big. After having a home in Round Top for over 35 years, they knew exactly what was missing and Lulu’s was born. Named affectionately after Cinda using the name her grandchildren gave her, a rustic Italian menu offered both the comfort and the flavor both locals and visitors were looking for.

When Palacios Murphy was asked to reimagine an available restaurant space in the same river oaks center as their iconic eatery, ARMANDOS, they knew it had to be a Lulu’s. From lunch until dinner, Lulu’s offers an escape for guests from the outside world. Designed with the original Round Top location in mind, guests are transported to a space that evokes the rustic spirit of the countryside while offering the sophistication of the city.
